The Task Studio provides CV writing, career-presentation design and application preparation. Megan confirms the scope, total price, turnaround and deliverables in writing before work begins.

Guide pricing and quotes

Published ranges are guides rather than automatic charges. Your confirmed quote is the amount to pay. Additional writing, specialist work, extra revisions, rush requests, hosting and domains are included only where your quote says so. An enquiry is free.

What we need from you

Provide accurate employment, education and contact information and any relevant examples. You remain responsible for reviewing the final facts and approving them. The production timetable begins after the required information and agreed payment are received.

Reviews and revisions

The CV packages include one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief. Your quote states the review window, portfolio revision allowance and any extra work charges. A substantial change in target role, content or design direction may need a revised quote.

Brief calls and photos

A requested call is not an appointment until Megan confirms the time and call method. Photos are optional and used only within the agreed CV or portfolio scope. You must have permission to use supplied images; uploading a photo is not permission to publish it publicly.

Payments and changes of plan

Payment arrangements are confirmed with your quote. South African customers use a quote-specific Payfast payment request; international customers use Paystack when available and enabled. Both routes charge the agreed total in ZAR. Other displayed currencies are estimates, not fixed foreign-currency offers. Bank conversion charges may apply. Payfast payments are confirmed manually by the studio after checking the provider transaction. Contact Megan promptly if you need to cancel, pause or change an order. Any refund or adjustment is assessed against the work already completed, the agreed service and applicable consumer rights. Please ask for the cancellation terms before paying if anything is unclear.

Portfolio hosting and domains

The hosting period, renewal price, update allowance, source-file handover and transfer arrangements are set out in your quote. Domain purchases and renewals are separate unless included explicitly. You may use a domain you own. The continued availability of a hosted portfolio depends on its agreed hosting arrangement.

Application support

Every package includes interview tips and career suggestions based on the skills and qualifications you share. Suggestions are starting points for research, not a promise of eligibility or current vacancies. Check individual job requirements and any professional registration rules.

Application Companion

The free guided tools are available without an order. Confirmed clients may receive limited AI application support through their project space. The launch allowance is up to eight AI questions per project per UTC day, within a shared studio daily cap. Access and availability are confirmed in the quote. Answers may contain mistakes: review them and keep examples truthful. The helper does not submit applications or act on your behalf.

Career outcomes

We help you present your experience clearly and prepare for applications. Hiring decisions, interview invitations, ATS behaviour and employment outcomes are controlled by employers and other parties; these are not guaranteed.
